Our phone lines are open from 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Our telephone system is automated, please listen to the available options to help you get through to the correct department directly. Alternatively, please hold for a receptionist.
The phone lines tend to be at their busiest in the early morning, Please try to avoid routine calls at this time.
As calls come in they are put into a queueing system until there is a member of staff available to take the call. If you are held in a queue, please be patient and hold on. If you ring off you will lose your place.

Out-of-hours calls are no longer taken by the doctors from the surgery, as this service is now provided by the Out of Hours Service.
By dialing the emergency number 111 you will access the out-of-hours service.

The Friends are a volunteer group of patients whose aim is to help with the care provided by the practice by offering support, transport and assistance, where possible, and by raising money for extra equipment and facilities for the surgery.
The Friends can provide patients with Travax travel information in a printout format so information is availablle for the nurses prior to attending travel clinics.
They welcome enquiries from patients interested in joining the group or offering help.
