What is the Friends and Family Test?
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) allows patients who use Testvale Surgery the opportunity to provide feedback on their experiences. You are asked whether you would recommend the services you have used to others. This allows you to highlight both good and poor experiences and allows the practice to improve the services we provide.
What information is collected?
The Friends and Family Test asks two basic questions:
- How likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they needed similar care and treatment?
- In what ways could we improve the service we provide?
All questions can be completed anonymously, so there is no need to reveal your name when you complete the form.
